Pre-owned and like knew with a lone tag still attached. The inside is in mint condition. Very clean and very nice. No holes no stains no odors. There is one little snag mark on the outside (see photo 5) of the zip open compartment on the outside of the main part. Its just below where the handles attach. Color is red, a deeper yet brighter red Main opening zip closes and contains two more additional zipper closing pockets. Additional dividers separate the organizer into 2 open pockets. In addition there is a removable padded laptop computer sleeve case (see photos). On the outside of the case there are additional 4 slip pockets.
